We calculate all applicable fees including airline change fees, any fare adjustments, and our agency service fee. We provide a clear breakdown and get your approval before processing.
Once approved, we process the change with the airline. You'll receive updated confirmation details, new flight itineraries, and all necessary booking information via email.
Date modifications: Moving your flight to a different day while keeping the same route and time
Time changes: Switching to a different departure time on the same date and route
Routing changes: Flying to a different destination or departing from a different airport

Refundable vs. non-refundable fares: Your ticket type determines what changes are permitted. Some ticket classes restrict changes to the same airline or within certain date windows. These restrictions are set by the airline, not by us.

Passenger names: Passenger names cannot be changed; they must match your ID. If your name has changed due to marriage or legal reason, you may need to purchase a new ticket.
